All papers and presentation abstracts should be prepared in IEEE Conference Proceeding Format (https://www.ieee.org/conferences/publishing/templates.html). All accepted papers, abstracts, and presentations will be presented in the IEEE AI Standard Conference, and its proceedings will be published by IEEE Computer Society and IEEE Explore digital library.
Each research paper should have 8 to 10 pages, while each short paper should have 4 to 6 pages, including figures, tables, and references. We also accept paper abstracts from industry (1 page). Please note that IEEE AI Standard 2025 will pursue a standard review process.
According to IEEE Publications Regarding AI-Generated Text the use of artificial intelligence (AI) generated text in an article shall be disclosed in the acknowledgments section of any paper submitted to an IEEE Conference or Periodical. The sections of the paper that use AI-generated text shall have a citation to the AI system used to generate the text.
